Shipping Rates & Destinations
I currently ship to selected countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact kiamasophia@hotmail.com and I’ll do my best to arrange shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Original paintings may require specialist packaging and separately quoted shipping costs. If additional costs apply, I’ll contact you for confirmation before dispatch.
Print Fulfilment & Processing Times
My prints are fulfilled in two ways: open-edition prints may be produced and shipped directly by a specialist print fulfilment partner, while limited-edition prints are printed and dispatched by me.
Items in the same order may therefore arrive separately, from different locations and at different times. Each shipment may have its own tracking information and delivery estimate.
Limited-edition prints are printed on demand at the end of each week, so processing may take several days before dispatch. Third-party fulfilment times vary by product and destination.
You’ll receive shipping confirmation and tracking details where available.
Estimated Delivery Times
The following are general estimates after dispatch, not guaranteed delivery dates:
- Germany: approximately 2–5 business days
- Europe: approximately 4–11 business days
- International destinations outside Europe: approximately 5–28 business days
Delivery times can vary due to customs, local delivery partners, seasonal demand and other circumstances. Any specific delivery timeframe agreed for your order will also be taken into account.
Tracking & Delays
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or tracking has stopped updating, contact kiamasophia@hotmail.com with your name and order number.
I’ll investigate with the relevant fulfilment provider or carrier and work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate and complete. If you need to change your address shortly after ordering, use the link in your order confirmation email or contact me directly.
Changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, any reshipping arrangements and costs will be assessed in accordance with applicable law.
International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are generally the responsibility of the recipient.
If a parcel is returned because customs charges were not paid, I’ll assess the available options in light of the circumstances and applicable law.
For remote or high-cost destinations, I may need to confirm additional shipping costs before dispatch. Any additional charges must be agreed with you in advance.
