Right of Withdrawal

If you’re a consumer purchasing from the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Different rules may apply in other jurisdictions.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you’re responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, where permitted by law and provided you were informed of this before purchase.

Please return eligible items within 14 days of notifying me of your withdrawal, following the return instructions provided.

Please take reasonable care when handling items you intend to return. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact kiamasophia@hotmail.com with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue.

I’ll work with you to resolve the problem in accordance with your statutory rights. You won’t be required to pay costs that the law places on me as the seller.

Exceptions

Certain goods may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where a legal exception applies, such as genuinely personalised items made to a customer’s specifications.

Limited-edition status or printing an item on demand does not, by itself, exclude it from the right of withdrawal.

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory statutory rights.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer a different item, please contact me at kiamasophia@hotmail.com. Where appropriate, you can return an eligible item and place a separate order for the alternative.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be made using the original payment method unless another method has been expressly agreed.

For a valid withdrawal, I’ll reimburse the payments covered by law, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered. Any additional cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option may be excluded where permitted by law.

Refunds will be made within the applicable legal timeframe. For returned goods, I may withhold reimbursement until I have received the goods or you have supplied evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.

This policy does not limit your rights if an order is lost, not delivered, defective or otherwise fails to comply with the purchase contract.
