Shipping Rates & Duties
I currently ship to selected countries only. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact me and I’ll do my best to see if shipping is possible.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery destination.
Original paintings require additional handling and packaging. Shipping costs for large artworks may be quoted separately depending on destination. You will be contacted before dispatch to confirm shipping costs.
Processing Time
To reduce excess waste, all Limited Edition prints are printed on demand at the end of each week. Depending on when your order is placed, processing may take a few days before your order is shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Estimates
- Belgium & Europe: approximately 4–11 business days from the date of order
- International (outside Europe): approximately 5–28 business days from the date of order
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods.
Address Accuracy
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that delivery and contact details are accurate and up to date at the time of ordering.
If you need to update your address shortly after placing an order, please use the link provided in your order confirmation email or contact me at kiamasophia@hotmail.com with your name and order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, address changes are no longer possible. If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Important Information for International Customers
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
If customs charges are not paid and the parcel is returned to sender, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs. If a refund is issued, shipping costs will not be refunded.
For remote or high-cost destinations, I reserve the right to contact you if shipping costs significantly exceed standard rates before dispatching your order.
Tracking & Order Status
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.
If you have not received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at kiamasophia@hotmail.com with your name and order number, and I will investigate.
