When will your commissions re-open?
At this point it won’t be any time in the near future, sorry!
I have a long list of commissions to work on, as well as personal projects and some exhibitions :-)

Do you sell other original works?
Yes! Each Friday I post a new small painting (40x50cm) for sale via my Instagram, it’s sold to the first person to comment ‘SOLD’ on the post.


What paints do you use?
I paint with acrylics on cotton canvas.

Where is your easel from?I found it second hand on Facebook Marketplace, but it is by Cappelletto.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

When will my order be shipped?To reduce excess waste, I print all posters to order at the end of each week. Depending on when your order is placed you may need to wait a few days before your order is shipped.


How do you send your posters?I send all my posters rolled with love in carton rolls.


What countries do you ship to?I can ship to most countries worldwide.


Can I track my shipment?Yes, tracking is provided for all shipments.


What paper do you use for your art prints?All posters are printed on 200gsm satin paper.


Can I purchase prints of your art somewhere else?This is the only place where I sell my art prints.


Can I order sizes that are not listed?Not at this time, only the sizes offered.

REFUND POLICY I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact me at kiamasophia@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

Damages  & issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned (such as special orders, personalized items or limited edition prints). Due to the nature of their product, digital download prints are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.




PRIVACY POLICY
Handling of personal data On 25 May 2018 a new law came into force, GDPR. It is a common law that will make the same rules apply throughout Europe. GDRP replaces the Personal Data Act. With GDRP, all organizations, traders and companies must have greater responsibility for controlling their clients' tasks.

Kiama Sophia is responsible for processing your personal information that you share with me as a customer and I want to make sure you feel safe. I need to collect certain personal information from you to complete an agreement with you as a customer. Kiama Sophia does not disclose personal data to third parties other than those mentioned below.

What information is saved, and for what purpose? When you shop at Kiama Sophia, I collect the following personal information: Name, Address, Email, Order History, Phone Number, IP Address, and Payment Information.

When you visit my site: I use Cookies and collect some information. 


I do not share this information except for the following; In order for me to deliver your order and complete our agreement, I need to share certain information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name, address, mobile number and e-mail address. This in order for the freight supplier to deliver your order to your address and phone number / e-mail address is used to send you an AVI. My shipping partners are: BPost & DHL.

Payment Provider. When making purchases, information is shared with my payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, e-mail address and phone number. The information is stored in order to complete the purchase and to protect the parties for fraud. My partners are: Stripe Commerce and PayPal.

Cookies: I use cookies and other web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook pixel and Hotjar, to automatically collect information about you to deliver a better experience on my wesbite.

How long do  you save my personal information? I will never save your personal information longer than is necessary for each purpose. In the most common cases, I will remove your personal information after your intended purpose. The only case where I may keep the data longer than is necessary is when I am going to comply with legal obligations. (for example, according to the Accounting Act)

Rights You are always entitled to extract any information I have about you and may also ask me to update incorrect information or to supplement information that is inadequate.

You are also entitled to be forgotten. You can at any time request that the information relating to you be deleted. There are few exceptions to the right to delete, such as, for example, that it should be retained in order for me to fulfill a legal obligation. (for example, according to the Accounting Act)
